Funk-tion: Celebrating Community and Empowerment
More than just a gathering, FUNK-tion is a celebration of our collective power and shared humanity. This end-of-summer community event is designed to bring us together in the spirit of joy, connection and civic engagement.
What to Expect

- Delicious food from community elder and staple Cason's Fine Meats
- Vibrant music and energizing atmosphere from DJ Ruskii
- On-site voter registration assistance
The Power of Your Voice
Throughout the event, we'll be offering support to help community members register to vote. This isn't just about filling out a form—it's about reclaiming our power and honoring the struggles of those who came before us.
